• Alexa communication is now available in all echo devices such as Echo Spot, Echo Plus, Echo Dot to call or message anyone with supported Echo device or Alexa app at no additional cost.

• Making calls with Alexa is easy.

• Once you’ve synced your contacts in the Alexa App, just ask Alexa to place a call.

• Alexa will let you know when someone is calling, and a green light ring will appear on your supported Echo device. You can ask Alexa to answer or ignore the call.

• You can also make voice calls or send messages to anyone who has an Echo device or the Alexa app on supported smartphones.

• Enable “Drop In” in the Alexa app when you want to instantly connect with other Echo devices in your home, or your closest family and friends.
